Requirements:
To enroll in our Tantra Meditation Teacher Training, we have specific prerequisites to ensure that you get the most out of the program:
-Experience in any yoga or meditation practices, otherwise, you may want to take our “Introduction to meditation” course first.
-Physical fitness to perform asanas (yogic postures) effectively.
-The ability to sit in a meditative posture for long time without taking any breaks (leg position can be adjusted during the practice if needed).

Our Meditation Teacher Training program is typically conducted over a 200-hour course, which can vary in duration based on your availability and the format of the training.
